Front Porch provides local reading and community-related content and tools. Features may change over time. The service is provided “as is.”
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with others, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
SMS / Text Messaging Program
By providing a mobile number for staff operational SMS, you agree to the following:
- We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers with third parties for their marketing purposes.
- Message frequency is low — typically a few messages per week.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to cancel; reply HELP for help.
- SMS is for staff operational messages only (e.g., draft ready / edition ready) and is not intended for newsletter readers.
Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Intellectual Property
Content on Front Porch is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or redistribute it without permission except as allowed by law.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Front Porch disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
